The show covers the wide spectrum of soul music that I have discovered since my interest in the genre first peaked in the early eighties.

Featuring 21st Century soul, the 60s souls selection selection and a solid 3 hours of great Saturday Afternoon Soul.

I and the show have no pretentions, it is all about music I love, with a hope that listeners will enjoy it too. Some songs you will know, some you will not, and others will be songs you did not know you knew.
